- Please ensure that the property is locked and the windows are shut when vacating the premises during your stay.
- Keep the house in a good condition.
- Please remove your shoes while in apartment.
- Quiet hours from 22.00-08.00 and parties are strongly forbidden!
- No visitors are allowed unless agreed by the host.
- Smoking is not allowed. If you break the rule, you will be charged £500.
- Only the number of guests specified bookings can use/check-in to the apartment.
- You may be asked for proof of ID, for the all guest staying in the property.
- Prior to your arrival a full inventory was conducted on the property, which will be referenced upon your departure.
- Ensure that you have all possessions are retrieved from the house upon departure. Although we will do our best to ensure that anything kept is returned.
- Please try to leave the property in the same condition that it was when you arrived.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors.
- Turn off all electrical items.
- Please re-locate the keys to the lock box (if applicable), return the key and securely lock, and close the black shutter for our security. If you have been checked in person, when you check out leave all the keys which you have been given, on the dining table in the living room.
- Please put all rubbish outside.
- Guests are expected to follow our rules otherwise there will be applied charges.
- If any damages caused, you will have to pay for that.
- If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to £3000 after check-out, according to this property you staying.
